The difference reflects payment processing costs. Pricing may vary slightly depending on room configuration and accommodation preferences. Final accommodation details will be confirmed after your deposit is received.

These items are intentionally left out so you can choose your own price points and use your own benefits, whether that's flight miles, ski pass discounts, or a data plan you already have.

To fully enjoy the trip, we recommend budgeting an additional $1,500–$2,500 USD beyond the trip price, depending on your departure location, dining preferences, and equipment needs.

Your deposit:

Confirms and holds your spot in the group
Is applied toward your total trip cost
Locks in your accommodation preference
Activates your access to the pre-trip group and planning materials

Payment Schedule

$1,000 non-refundable deposit due within 72 hours of invitation.
Remaining balance due November 26, 2026 (90 days before departure).
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. This allows us to hold your spot and commit resources to your place on the trip.

If you cancel more than 90 days before departure, your remaining balance will be refunded in full.

If you cancel within 90 days of departure, the remaining balance is non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

In the rare event that Mountain Nomad must cancel the trip, all payments, including your deposit, will be refunded in full.

Travel Insurance Requirement

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and should include coverage for:

Trip cancellation and interruption
Medical expenses
Emergency evacuation
Ski and snow sports activities

Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in skiing, backcountry activities, and adventure travel involves inherent risks.

A full waiver and participant agreement will be provided following your deposit and must be completed prior to departure.
